Overview
Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking to make an impact in a growing company? Smooth Move & Delivery is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to take charge of the entire sales process—from generating leads to closing deals.

As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a key role in helping homeowners, renters, businesses, and corporations find the perfect packing, moving, and storage solutions to meet their needs. You’ll be provided with company leads and will be responsible for converting them into booked jobs while also building relationships to generate new opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who can deliver professional, engaging presentations, uphold our company’s high standards, and consistently strive to exceed sales goals and customer expectations. Your performance will directly contribute to both your success and the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads efficiently through high-volume phone calls each day.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and secure bookings.
  • Prepare and present detailed moving estimates for both local and long-distance customers on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Achieve high booking success, with top performers expected to maintain a 70%–80% close rate.
  • Track and follow up on pending estimates, ensuring all customer information is accurately maintained in the company’s CRM system.
  • Educate customers on service agreements, contractual terms, and pricing, while ensuring all sales paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to generate future and repeat business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns before, during, and after their move.
  • Stay responsive by regularly monitoring and managing emails and voicemails for customer and company communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on generating new business.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
