The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our business, from project management to installations, working closely with our installation teams, sales staff, and general contractors to ensure project success.
- Drive operational excellence across project management and customer experience
- Develop and implement scalable processes for project execution
- Manage and mentor operations leaders and sales team
- Implement effective job costing systems and maintain profitability targets
- Buid and maintain relationships with key contractors and commercial clients
- Create and execute sales strategies for both commercial and residential markets
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Champion safety culture and compliance across all installation teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in construction or outdoor structures
