Airbnb Cleaner

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our Short Term Rental (Airbnb) House Cleaning position with our company Smooth Water Properties LLC. We are an actively growing company within the Fresno area that has grown from 1 to 13 units within the past 1.5 years. We aim to bring stable jobs to the city we work in and really provide a positive influence in the community around us.

We are looking for cleaners that will be great communicators, dependable, on time, and team players. We strive to provide a 5-star experience to our guests and we take accountability for when this is not met which is also expected of our cleaners. We really put ourselves in our guests shoes and respond to them within a timely manner. We are problem solvers and will make sure to come back and get the job done right.

Individuals also need to be detail oriented and understand how to clean a house with good time management. Cleanings start at 11am and will be completed by 4pm at the latest on cleaning days as we often of same day check-ins. There will commonly be cleanings on Sundays and sometimes on Saturdays. Here are some of the general job duties that will be involved with the cleaning.

Cleaners need to have their own transportation and may drive to 2-3 homes in one day.
General Experience in all of these items is required:

• Confirm Inventory of items and communicate to team anything missing
• Immediately Document and Communicate to team if any damages
• Wash sheets, towels, bedding, and fold them
• Clean dishes and track wear and tear for replacements
• Infrequently Clean Refrigerator
• Clean counters and all commonly used surfaces
• Clean stove top
• Clean microwave
• Clean Bathrooms – put out proper amount of towels and toilet paper
• Vacuum and mop all rooms
• Make Beds
• Tidy up general decorative nick knacks, pillows, blankets.
• Take out trash
• Check Exterior hang out places
• Clean outside furniture if necessary
• General Dusting and spiderweb removal
• Deep Cleans of properties that are new or need freshening up

Experience in the following items is wanted:

• Replace Air filters when instructed
• Replace door lock batteries when instructed
• Be able to understand common upkeep of a house and identify issues
• Can be handy when needed
• Has good understanding of cleaning chemicals and what is needed for difficult to clean situations

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

• Weekend availability

All cleaners will be required to wear a mask when they clean a property.
