Your Role:
As our General Manager, you’ll be at the center of all the action. You’ll lead a team of smoothie enthusiasts, create amazing guest experiences, and ensure every sip and swirl of our smoothies is just right.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Blend: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Smoothie Heroes to deliver incredible guest service with a smile.
- Perfect the Recipe: Keep daily operations smooth and consistent by managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness.
- Spread the Love: Build relationships with the community through local marketing and outreach, becoming the face of Smoothie King in Margate.
- Rule the Register: Oversee budgets, control costs, and manage financial goals Be the Vibe: Foster a fun, welcoming environment where both team members and guests feel inspired.
What You’ll Bring to the Blend
