Responsibilities

Team members listen to and interact with our guests. They educate guests about our products, take orders, process payments, blend the perfect smoothie, and deliver the smoothie with a smile. Other responsibilities include working with a dynamic team to accomplish daily work. Daily work is driven by opening and closing checklists. Opening and closing checklists include cleaning, prepping, and organizing for future shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must be friendly and social while being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate pride while working in a fast-paced environment to meet our customer service standards.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must maintain punctual attendance. If you are on-time, you’re late. Arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your shift.
• Must effectively plan and manage personal time -vs- work time on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Must be able to count money.
• Must be able to read order tickets to prepare smoothies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to constantly bend, reach and scoop ingredients.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to food allergens.

Schedule

• The positions available are a mix of daytime hours, and evening hours, including weekends.

Experience

• Customer service experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour minimum! Our team members currently average over $18 per hour with tips!
