Training & Career Opportunity - Entry Level Data Center Technician

Our internal training is designed to prepare you to get valuable hands-on field experience in simulated environments that mimic client environments.
Once selected and hired as a W-2 employee of Smoothstack, you will receive 8-10 weeks of remote paid training. Trainees will be paid a biweekly stipend (plus benefits) to train and will start at $60,000 / year while working on client projects.
At the completion of your training, you will work with and support all customer demands which may include, racking and stacking of equipment, cabling, cross connects, etc. Internally, as a Technician, you may work with the Deployment and Implementation teams, the Global Command Center, Provisioning team and Project Management to ensure relevant installations meet delivery dates and create a positive customer experience.
Successful Applicants Must :
- Pass a mechanical aptitude test
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without employer sponsorship
- Be willing to relocate to Ashburn or Manassas VA
