Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion & Branding Designer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in leading the motion graphics and branding efforts for a high-priority project while ensuring consistency with our companys visual identity. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in motion design, branding, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the creation of motion graphics, transitions, and animations for a major project.
Design cohesive branding assets that align with the companys visual identity.
Ensure alignment with the existing design system while bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including content producers, channel managers, and stakeholders, to develop high-quality design solutions.
Maintain and organize design assets and resources for efficient team collaboration.
Drive the branding and motion graphics process for the assigned project.
Propose new visual styles or approaches to enhance brand presence.
Ensure all deliverables meet project goals, timelines, and brand standards.
Preferred Qualifications :
6 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong emphasis on branding and digital media.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience working within and expanding upon existing design systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
Illustration skills
Experience with design for YouTube or other digital content platforms
Details :
This is a temporary hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in-office per week in Burbank, CA. The position will run from March through August, covering the Design Directors leave.
