About the Role:
The Engineer-Quality Supplier plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services provided by suppliers meet the company's quality standards and specifications. This position involves conducting thorough assessments and audits of supplier processes, materials, and outputs to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Engineer will collaborate closely with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and provide technical guidance to enhance their capabilities. Additionally, this role requires the analysis of quality data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or supplier quality management.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) or similar.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the business services industry.
