Bell Technician
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and/or skills:
- Completed vocational training in mechanics or display strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge in implementation of spray guns and in every coloristic installation
- Troubleshooting, even after exploded view
- Reliability
- Commercial thinking
- Handling of detergents and solvents
Objectives of the Position
- To maintain the devices, pumps, spray guns etc. in the frame of the lacquer processing
- The paint shop should also work with the lowest down times
- Greatest possible benefit of the operating facilities through professional
Main Duties
- Cleaning of defective spray guns, pumps, pressure regulations, etc.
- To overhaul the devices and keep them in a proper function
- Maintenance and fault elimination of all color technical conveyors
- Spare parts management
- Service the atomizer as per plan
- Follow the work instruction to assemble the atomizer.
- Online faulty atomizer service.
- Bell maintenance room 5'S
- All individual atomizer parts cleaning and keep ready for service
- Base atomizer and charging ring re-grease as per plan
- Check and clean atomizer/Fluid tips/shaping ring and air motor on weekend
- Valve servicing
- Reset the wear counter for atomizer valve after service and replace.
