Night Shift Production Supervisor
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and/or skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; Degree preferred
- Training with technical understanding
- Understanding of cross-functional activities (departments like quality assurance, accounting, controlling & production)
- Forklift Truck experience
- 1 years of SAP R
- Proficient with MRP/PPS Systems
- Proficient with JIT & JIS Order Control Systems
- Intermediate MS-Office
- Proficient MS-Office
- 5S's good command
- Familiar with OSHA standards
- Process, Results driven
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Strong analytical skills (process/ systems)
Main Duties
- Supervise personnel during assigned shift
- Coordinate and monitor JIT deliveries
- Participate in quality meetings
- Serve as contact person for the customer
- Monitor warehouse management system
- Assist with external deliveries
- Train new employees
- Monitor and evaluate shift specific quality and logistics performance
- Lean Manufacturing activities
- 5S Processes Ergonomics of the work place
- Generate and evaluate data of the assigned shift
- Customer Service Execute employee instructions, appraisals and workshops
- Stock Control
