Must have at least 5 years experience and have structural steel experience as well.

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with a Structural Steel background (preferred), attention to detail and solid metal fabrication quoting as well as project management experience.
The primary responsibilities of this role will be:
Project Management Leadership
1. Daily ownership of assigned projects from creation to completion – estimating, manufacturing plan creation and management, materials management and management of customer.
2. Coordinates - Gathering information for and preparing quotes. This could range from a phone call to the customer, up to going to visit the site and take measurements.
3. Get pricing from vendors as well as lead times at the quote at the quote/job stage.
4. Collaboration with vendors, shop and customers on development of timeline for project.
5. Project kickoff including creation of routers to be released to the shop floor.
6. Regular periodic reporting of project status.
7. Procurement of materials.
Technical
1. Review of customer supplied autocad drawings – Evaluate for completeness as well as development of shop drawings for fabrication & erection drawings for field installation.
2. Development of manufacturing plan in collaboration with shop, field and technical resources.
2. Interpretation of customer and project specifications.
3. Work independently or as part of a team and make sound decisions, develop plans, and solve welding fabrication challenges.
Qualifications & Skills

3. Attention to detail and ability to create and drive performance to schedule.
4. High level of problem-solving ability – desire to improve current processes
5. Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
6. Full Time Position, Overtime Required when Necessary.
7. Strong organizational skills – required when managing multiple jobs at one time.
8. At least 5 years experience with Structural Steel, ie: platforms, stairways, etc.
9. Experience using AutoCad.
