We are hiring for a Marketing and Business Development Manager Position. The candidate will be responsible for managing, strategizing, creating and executing corporate communications (including but not limited to public relations, marketing and social media) at isgenuity. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to galvanize senior leadership, demonstrate a drive for innovation and creativity, and possess an eye for design and shrewd strategic business sense.
Professional Responsibilities and Attributes
Manage and refine the firm’s communications strategy in collaboration with senior leadership; actively plan and implement the strategy across all communication platforms.Create content, publish work, organize events, and manage deadlines in a proactive, organized, and detail-focused manner.Exhibit mature and developed communication and interpersonal skills with experience building direct client- and industry-wide partner relationships.Use exceptional writing and proofreading skills across multiple platforms and deliverables to craft compelling narratives of isgenuity’s work and mission including print and digital media, articles, blogs, qualifications and proposal materials, and award submissions.Understand the nuance of words and how tailored communication can influence, connect, define, and build meaningful value to an organization.Take great personal pride in being responsible for creating the firm’s communications—both specific and strategic—to establish and define future success.Manage and coordinate with junior marketing staff and in-house graphic designer.Marketing Tasks
Actively forward our strategic plan including developing a regional presence and expanding our market sectors (Healthcare, Academic and Science & Technology).Managing and developing the isgenuity CRM.Managing and coordinating proposal submissions in coordination with the team.Working with Principals to support marketing efforts across all sectors.Managing the in-house marketing meetings preparing agendas and task-based efforts.Managing the marketing calendar of annual marketing initiatives (conferences, events, cards, mailers, etc.) coordinating efforts.Working with senior staff to expand, develop and produce compelling marketing collateral.Expanding our social media and website efforts to be industry defining.Engage and forward our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) dialogue both internally and within the AEC (Architect, Engineer, Contractor) industry.Develop engaging campaign initiatives such as articles, blog posts and other efforts.Managing and preparing our award submission efforts and overseeing the process.Managing photographers and coordinating photo shoots of our work.Other strategic marketing initiatives as needed.Be responsible for managing office branded merchandise, with a focus on quality and sustainability.Business Development Tasks
Being an isgenuity ambassador for our work, culture and commitment to design, sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusivity.Being part of the in-house team for our social efforts that make isgenuity a wonderful place to work.Attending conferences, trade shows and coordinating all associated collateral with the team.Develop client and industry relationships that facilitate and further the isgenuity brand.Attending client and industry events, such as galas and golf, heightening isgenuity presence.Attending evening events with Principals to engage and build client relationships.Organizing isgenuity annual and seasonal client events such as holiday parties, socials, and other in-person initiatives.Manage and document all efforts to build client and industry profiles of BD efforts in collaboration with Principal Business Development efforts.J-18808-Ljbffr
