Thank you for your patience.Copley WolffJob PostingJan. 3, 2025DESCRIPTIONThe Marketing Coordinator tracks, organizes, coordinates, and produces materials in support of Business Development, Marketing, and Public Relations efforts. This includes but is not limited to proposals, presentations, interviews, conferences, firm promotions, firm website, and social media.RESPONSIBILITIESImage and Data Management : Maintain Copley Wolff’s image library by organizing and updating images / graphics on the server.Maintain and update all Marketing archive files including public relations activities (articles and publications), presentations, project representations, images, project photography, and staff headshots.Coordinate with project teams and Marketing Principal to collect project images and marketing-related data.Assist with developing and maintaining Copley Wolff’s Client Contact Database.Research, establish, and maintain graphic and photography vendor contacts and contracts.Proposals : Coordinate and help produce all RFQ / RFP proposals including implementation of feedback and edits on time to ensure consistency in format, quality, and content.Graphic Standards and Production : Create content and graphics to support the Copley Wolff brand.Update and maintain graphics and layout for proposals, qualifications packages, resumes, interviews, presentations, design awards, collateral, stationary, and all other digital and print promotional materials.Maintain and be the firm resource for all graphic standards and standard typefaces.Implement best practices of quality management for all internal and external communications.Design and produce materials required for all public relations, business development, recruitment, and firm initiatives including conferences, events, lectures, mailings, and other firm collateral.Maintain and update the firm website.Work in conjunction with Other Team members to : Lead internal Marketing and Business Development Committee.Research industry and market trends.Develop content for social media channels.Track and lead pursuits for firm and industry awards.Other administrative support duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSQualifications : 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the A / E / C industry.Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Landscape Architecture.High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).Proficient with Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).Ability to stay calm under pressure and deadlines.Well-organized and detail-oriented.Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with individuals at all levels.OFFICEStudio environment in Downtown Boston with easy access to public transportation.Hybrid work environment and company-provided laptop.Paid time-off.Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.Summer hours and culture / community building events.Annual continuing education allowance.Don’t check every box?
