The firm's success has been enhanced by the local expertise and relationships developed over more than four decades of service to its clients.ROLE : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with two to three years of experience in RFP management to join our award-winning team! This role will support the marketing team in creating compelling proposals and interviews, playing a key part in securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, creative problem-solving skills, and technical expertise.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist in developing and producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and other marketing materialsSupport the proposal process from initial strategy to final submissionManage multiple projects while meeting established deadlines and maintaining high attention to detailCreate visually appealing layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically InDesignWrite and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and persuasivenessMaintain proposal and marketing content librariesContribute to marketing initiatives, such as photoshoots and eventsQUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field2-3 years' experience in proposal development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industryProficiency in Adobe InDesign and other relevant design softwareStrong copywriting and editing skillsKnowledge of graphic design principles and best practicesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive and self-motivated work ethicCommitment to continuous professional development and growthWriting samples and other relevant work samples may be requested as part of the interview process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
