Job Responsibilities

As a senior marketing manager, you will wear all the hats. You are responsible for supporting the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs and proposals while working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness. This includes but is not limited to :

• Assist with the development of proposals, interviews, and presentations.
• Manage the firm's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Coordinate with consultants (PR, photographers, website designer, and other partners).
• Lead award submissions.
• Manage the firm's CRM platform.
• Keep deadline and event schedules up-to-date.
• Provide updates to the firm's marketing collateral including the website and project sheets.
• Support in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts.
• Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
• Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
• Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing support content and ensure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new content creation.

Qualifications

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or business-related field with 3-5 years' professional experience.

Software Skills :

Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of the following software is required :

Applicants with graphic design capabilities will be considered advantageous.
