We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, custodial work, and a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial work within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
