Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks focused on commercial painting and some general labor/ maintenance responsibilities at our hotel property.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques.
- Perform commercial painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
- Able to utilize rollers, brushes & sprayers proficiently
- Ability to do trim carpentry & drywall repair is a Plus.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial painting is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Able to work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
