What You'll Do
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Department to enhance and maintain our quality system
- Promotes a culture of quality through process and procedural improvement
- Ensure corrective actions (NCR) are properly generated and effectively closed
- Ensure document and record controls are maintained
- Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous process improvement activities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management system preferred
- Manage and oversee ISO documents and reporting
- Aid in supplier development and occasionally make supplier visits
- Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Two-year College or university program certificate with 2 years of experience, or 4 year college or university degree
- Ability to handle multiple assignments during the workday
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
- Computer Skills: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Spreadsheet and Word Processing Software, Adobe Acrobat Professional, MS Access, Photo editor software, Outlook, Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint
