Summary
Responsible to train production team members in variety of job duties and tasks. Teach, guide, motivate, and mentor team members. Assist in developing new trainings, or methods of training, based on customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.
- Instruct employees in progressive phases of testing/repair training.
- Train team members to reach KPI requirements in all stages of repair.
- Help develop schedules and testing methods to assess team members training needs.
- Quickly assess team members willingness to learn and apply training lessons.
- Conduct surveys and interviews to encourage feedback and curriculum evaluation.
- Offer feedback and coaching to team members during and after training.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership to develop and refine training initiatives, creating strategy initiatives, and materials.
- Track and compile collected team member training data monitoring successful/unsuccessful progression.
- Perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures to new team members.
- Review team members performance and learning via in-class questioning and testing.

- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.

- Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well with all business partners.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Most important asset, through education or experience, is to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer Bachelors degree in education, business, or related field, but not required.
- Requires excellent patience levels and genuine ability to recognize team member training needs.
- Requires technical expertise in all phases of repair.
- Requires proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
- Requires strict adherence to Company philosophy and mission statements.

Working Conditions
Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
