Essential Job Responsibilities
Work closely with other Project Managers and other members of our team to establish project goals and deadlines.
Plan, design, and construction oversite of a variety of utility water and wastewater projects for municipal, industrial, and private clients.
Create site layouts, roadways, grading, erosion control and/or storm water management system plans.
Develop exhibits, construction drawings and specifications for projects.
Perform basic engineering calculations.
Interact directly with public and private clients

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a directly related field.
4 to 10 years of engineering related experience.
A demonstrated interest in land development, water resources, or environmental engineering.
Professional experience using either AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or a similar design program.
Ability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent McConnell & Associations in a professional manner with clients

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
