Job Title : Screen Print Technician

Job Summary :
The Screen Print Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining screens used in the screen printing process within a sheet metal fabrication environment. This role involves coating, exposing, developing, reclaiming, and inspecting screens to ensure high-quality prints. The technician must operate various equipment, adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare screens by coating them with photosensitive emulsion or direct emulsion films.
- Secure artwork and screens in the frame of a vacuum printer for exposure.
- Wash unexposed emulsion / films from screens and ensure proper drying.
- Fabricate stencils by adhering films with specified images to screens.
- Reclaim and scrub screens for reuse, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Set up, operate, adjust, clean, and maintain the following equipment :
