Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system while handling cash and credit card payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or special occasions to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in food service environments such as fine dining or nightclubs.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, with experience in TOAST POS being a plus.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality service under pressure.
