We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Systems Analyst to join our IT team who is excited to take ownership of a wide range of technology systems. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of both guest-facing technology and internal systems. A primary focus will be managing and improving our guest wireless network, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across the resort. You’ll work with enterprise-level wireless equipment (experience with Ubiquiti products is a big plus) and troubleshoot issues ranging from signal strength to hardware configuration.
Beyond wireless, you’ll dive into the day-to-day support and business processes and help us evolve the resort’s broader technology —including point-of-sale systems, business applications, hardware, and user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoots and maintains components of hardware and software for the Guest Wireless Service and similar guest facing devices installed in condo buildings and facilities, including Energy Management Systems, and IOT Devices.
- Collaborate with department representatives to gather and document requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Analyze system requirements and business processes to identify areas of improvement and automation.
- Provides ongoing support for existing systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as necessary. May include altering programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Troubleshoots components of systems hardware and software relying on proven techniques for IT systems analysis and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support business-critical applications and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years in a systems analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with business and systems analysis, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary : $48,000 - $72,000
