What You’ll Do
- Help guests plan their stay by booking summer and winter programs and activities, and by guiding them to the access products that best fit their needs—such as winter lift tickets or summer passes
- Support both on-site guests and those preparing for their future Smuggs vacations.
- Offer insider tips and local knowledge—from hiking trails to the best ice cream spots in town—to create a truly personalized "concierge-style" experience.
- Work closely with our Guest Service staff and supporting departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless service for every guest.
- A great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong computer skills and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Local knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Vermont—think hiking, biking, dining, and more.
- Passion for providing expert-level guest service and creating memorable vacation experiences for families.
- Someone who enjoys working with people of all ages and from all walks of life.
