What you need to succeed :
Level III Technicians must be able to troubleshoot electrical problems in a timely manner and perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Level III technicians must have the ability to troubleshoot all plant operations. Technicians must perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Must complete the following for progression into Level IV and upon completion the employee will receive $250 :

Communications
State of Tennessee Journeyman's License : Must Pass Current LLE State Exam. Must attend Fosber Dry-End School
Level V Must be able to troubleshoot and repair on a daily basis the following PLC, DRIVES and computer
logic : Alan Bradley, Omron, Automation Direct, Siemens Industrial, COPAR, Mitsubishi, and All RS LOGIX 500, 5000, PLC5, Autocad, and RS VIEW. Proface, Omron, Keyence Human Machine Interfaces (HMI’s), Yaskawa, ASEA Brown Boveri (ABB) PowerFlex Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), and other various components.
- Understand HMI development with FactoryTalk View, Panel Builder, and General Electric (GE) Proficiency.
- Must be able to understand troubleshoot and repair Red Lion HMI Operator Panels, Visual management and panel meters.
- Must be able to understand troubleshoot Wonderware software, and CitectSCADA software and drivers.
- Develop electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
