SMV Recruiting is actively looking for a mechanically inclined Customer Service Representative to work for a manufacturer in Onedia, NY. Our client is looking for someone who can work with new and existing customers and provide qoutes, BOMs by utlizing blueprints and responding to customer needs. In addition, your role would involve offering assistance, addressing customer inquiries by leveraging your product expertise, and recording all customer data. This is a direct hire role, the hours are 8 : 00-4 : 40pm with no overtime. If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy customer service and are looking for a career opportunity, please apply! Responsibilities :
- Answer between 5-10 phone calls and respond to 20-30 emails per day
- Prepare quotes to customers on products that meet their needs
- Create BOMs and documents to be used to create parts
- Enter orders in the system along with important customer information
- Support the sales department, engineering, and operations team by ulitizing good organizational skills
