SMX- Skillbridge Fellowship Program (SFP)at SMX(View all jobs) ()Tampa, FLSMX- SkillBridge Fellowship Program (SFP) Overview : The SMX- SkillBridge Fellowship Program (SFP) is an approved SkillBridge Partner under the DoD SkillBridge Program. The SFP program is an opportunity for transitioning military service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through an individual internship model during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days. The SMX Military Internship Program is open to all ranks and experience levels. Skillbridge participants are not eligible for compensation from SMX, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members. Training opportunities offered are in a Hybrid Model that allows flexible remote schedules for local candidates close to the training sites.The SkillBridge Fellow will experience : Mentoring and Development – Career mentorship and access to our Veteran Resource GroupDiversity of Knowledge – opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.Business Impact – participate in meaningful projects that add business value across the SMX Enterprise.We understand that service members might not be familiar with all the various functions and roles within a company.
