Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This is an intermediate-level professional position. Responsibilities include:

Participating in multiple projects and activities as a team member; may occasionally serve as a project lead

Handling moderately complex tasks and support issues across multiple technical environments

Providing guidance and coaching to junior technical staff when necessary

Defining business requirements for collaborative work tools, including working with end-users to gather specifications for groupware applications (e.g., Microsoft Exchange)
