This role involves managing project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and custom applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, from initiation to project closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including workflow automation, dashboard creation, and custom module development.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project tasks and maintain documentation through ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and other project management tools.
- Implement ITIL-based processes for Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Request Management.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk management discussions, and issue resolution sessions.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure project success.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to enhance adoption and utilization of ServiceNow tools.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing detailed status reports and project updates.
