What are the responsibilities and job description for the Battle Simulation Program Manager position at SMX?
The SMX team is seeking an experienced Battle Simulation Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our military simulation programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our simulation programs, from conceptualization to delivery. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our programs meet the evolving needs of the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) and its stakeholders.
About the Role
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of simulation programs for the ICoE.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality simulation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand simulation requirements and ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline or four years of experience managing Army Battle Simulations environments in lieu of a degree.
- 10 years of experience with Army Battle Simulation environments (military training operations management preferred).
- Experience with modern and legacy Army and Joint battle simulations systems, including WARSIM, JCATS, MUSE, and DATE scenario development.
