Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall contract performance.
- Leads the delivery of IT support services and solutions to clients within required schedules and budgets.
- Functions as an industry expert to evaluate business strategies, objectives, and requirements.
- Translates client long-range business plans into services strategies using advanced consulting methodologies.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
- Serves as the contractor's authorized interface with clients, management personnel, and agency representatives.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 15 years' experience leading programs and handling client relationships
- Extensive experience in consulting with clients on establishing strategic direction, business strategy, objectives, and requirements
- Ability to motivate teams delivering complex IT services under tight deadlines
- Experience quickly taking client feedback and developing reports, briefings, and whitepapers
- Excellent oral and written skills with extensive experience presenting to all levels of clientele
