SMX is a leading company that seeks a highly skilled Cloud Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for leading our cloud initiatives and driving technological excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, migrate, and utilize cloud solutions, strategies, processes, and standards
- Configure cloud infrastructure components like networking and security services, as well as monitor cloud management and data storage services
- Plan and conduct complex technical tasks associated with the implementation and maintenance of systems on customer-managed cloud services
- Establish and oversee standards for cloud operations according to client specifications and parameters
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI if required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Computing, or related technical discipline
- 5 years of specialized experience managing IT systems with system architecture and engineering experience for on-premises and/or cloud environments
- 2 years of proven successful cloud experience designing systems, migrating systems to the cloud, analyzing cloud utilization, and managing cloud costs
