What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Lot Attendant position at Smyth Cannabis Co.?
We are looking for a Parking Lot Attendant for our dispensary in Lowell. The position is only for candidates 21 years or older. You will work under the supervision of the Retail Manager and will be responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment by monitoring the parking lot, managing traffic flow, and working to prevent loitering, trespassing and consumption on the premises.
Responsibilities:
- Patrols and monitors the parking lot
- Monitors and inspects property
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Supports Retail Leadership with disruptive customers or backup support
- Provides security presence when requested during an emergency and/or threatening situations, as well as non-emergency events
- Help to maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
Qualifications:
- A strong focus on customer service
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Good judgement and problem-solving skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience and/or training in de-escalation and conflict resolution
