Key responsibilities for the Production Data Analyst:
Salary: $31 - $36 Hourly

Key responsibilities for the Production Data Analyst:
- Collect and analyze relevant data from data warehouse to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data that drive actions for continued improvements.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Leading Performance Indictors (LPI’s) such as operational efficiency, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and create clear and concise reports and dashboards to visualize those KPIs and trends.
- Identify areas for improvement, opportunities, threats, and potential risks based on performance data and customer behavior.
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager and Team Leaders on performance metrics and trends.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to support GM’s strategic planning and decision making.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Data visualization skills: Ability to create clear and concise reports and dashboards.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems and develop data-driven solutions within and beyond current perspective.
- Software proficiency: Proficiency in relevant data analysis software and tools.
- Required: 4 Year degree in Math, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
- Required: 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis position
- Preferred: Experience in Print preferred; experience in Manufacturing required
