The Shipping Associate will help bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, enabling them to stand out over the competition, and create a customer experience that is second to none. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!
Shifts Available : 12PM-10PM, Monday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Associate include :
Preparing skids and cartons for shipment, including organizing, labeling, and packagingOrganizing stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated locationAssisting with movement of shipments from shipping and receiving area to storage and work areasPreparing and maintaining appropriate documentation for shipping activitiesConducting visual inspections, focusing on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste managementEffectively working with a diverse group of people and personalities using communication and collaboration skillsLearning the business through fulfilling the needs of our customersThe ideal candidate must demonstrate :
Effective time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skillsSolid computer skills, including the ability to learn new computer systems, such as UPS softwareGood math, reading, and writing skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalitiesAbility to provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customersEducation, Skills, and Experience :
Required : High school diploma or equivalentRequired : Can perform heavy work, lifting up to 60 pounds, with frequent lifting / carrying of objects weighing up to 25 poundsRequired : Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English languagePreferred : Experience with shipping and receiving operations, utilizing warehouse equipment such as forklift and electric pallet jackPreferred : Experience with UPS and / or FedEx softwareA Plus : Experience working lean manufacturing and ISO quality systems
