Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Altos, CA. The Jewelry Sales and Business Development professional will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships. The ideal candidate should have exceptional sales, communication, and customer engagement skills. They will also ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with the management team to help the business grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working in luxury retail sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in a jewelry or luxury industry
- Demonstrated history of exceeding targets and sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- A sincere interest in fine jewelry, design, art, fashion and style are highly desirable.
