Job Description:

Solution Design & Architecture:

Design, architect, and implement Genesys Cloud-based contact center solutions based on customer requirements and best practices.

Develop scalable, efficient, and reliable architectures that meet business needs.

Collaborate with clients to understand their contact center and business requirements.

Provide leadership on how to best integrate the Genesys Cloud with other systems (CRM, WFM, etc.).

Deployment & Configuration:

Lead the deployment of Genesys Cloud solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from design to operational environment.

Configure the Genesys Cloud environment (omnichannel, routing, reporting, etc.) to meet customer-specific requirements.

Technical Expertise & Support:

Serve as the technical expert on Genesys Cloud, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud configurations and integrations.

Ensure that the system design adheres to performance, scalability, and security standards.

Integration & Customization:

Integrate Genesys Cloud with various third-party applications, CRM systems, and databases.

Customize workflows, reporting, and routing as needed to meet client needs.
