Snack Bar is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated full time in-house Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our growing success.
In this entry-level role, you’ll collaborate with our creative team to bring creative concepts to life by preparing design files for final production across various platforms.
This is a technical, detail-oriented position ideal for someone with a passion for refining, resizing, and optimizing designs to ensure they’re production-ready.

Snack Bar is a design studio based in Santa Rosa, Ca. At it since 2015, we are a talented team of visual, graphic, digital, and motion designers.
We help Fortune 500 companies in the Bay Area with their visual marketing assets, design production, and any other design-adjacent needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture in-app screenshots for use in various app store screenshots in various languages for client apps.
- Test functionality of client development app builds on a number of different devices and identify UI changes and updates.
- Design and layout various app store screenshot assets demonstrating key features of clients’ apps.
- Design and produce a wide variety of digital design assets for client webpages, ads, social etc.
- In-app screen recordings for use in app preview videos for client apps.
- Sourcing and licensing of images, design assets and templates for use in studio design work.
- Manage and maintain design component libraries.
- Design asset revisions, resizing and localization for use in various global markets.
- Project files organization .
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure brand consistency, and briefing specs are met.
- Assist and support other design team members and a variety of client projects.
Skills & Experience
- Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and motion a plus) and Canva.
- Basic understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to evolving processes.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

This is an hourly, in-office position with a compensation range of $28/hr - $36/hr based on experience.
