Production Processing and Sanitation Lead

Purpose: The purpose of the sanitation lead is to ensure that our operating environment is clean and hygienic for our great products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deep cleaning of equipment and facilities as deemed necessary by the sanitation manager
- Kettle fryer cleaning process, oil treatment process, oil testing, etc.
- Perform monthly cleaning protocols
- Document all sanitation processes completed
- Report on the daily work, test results, and findings of your department
- Clean and sanitize production line operating equipment (packaging equipment, conveyors, pumps, etc.)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor

Experience and Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning duties
- Self-starter; Ability to work unsupervised and trusted
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Learn and Follow GMPs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors
- Able to work on your feet the entire shift
- Perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, bending, pulling, walking, climbing on ladders etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
