J ob Overview :
We’re seeking a multi-talented Brand Manager who can expertly integrate brand strategy, community engagement, and project management to drive the success of our entertainment IPs. As a Brand Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our entertainment brands, leading efforts to build and maintain strong brand identities while fostering fan engagement and overseeing the execution of key initiatives. This unique role combines strategic thinking, community-driven insights, and project leadership to ensure our titles thrive in an ever-evolving market.
Candidates will need to be bilingual in Chinese / English, in order to be a vital connecting piece between Los Angeles-based divisions and Chinese employees, partners, and production studios. Editorial and verbal translation will be regularly required, therefore, exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must. Possession of a valid translation certificate, such as American Translators Association (ATA), ASTA-USA (UN Translation Accreditation), or Certified Translation Professional (CTP) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for our entertainment titles, ensuring alignment with company goals and fan expectations.
- Drive the creative vision for marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to produce high-impact promotional assets (trailers, visuals, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, press, and partners.
- Manage relationships with overseas team in China to ensure marketing plans are executed at a global level
