We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Public Relations Manager to lead our PR initiatives within the video game industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies, managing high-profile events, and handling crisis communications. This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently, leveraging existing industry contacts while actively cultivating new relationships to enhance our brand presence without significant reliance on external PR agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic PR Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to promote Snail Games' products and brand within the gaming industry, with a focus on in-house execution and measurable outcomes
- Media Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the gaming sector to secure positive coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Event Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute major events, including game launches, press conferences, and industry trade shows, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
- Crisis Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for crisis management, developing and executing effective communication strategies to address and mitigate potential PR issues.
- Content Development : Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate key messages and align with brand guidelines.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and community management, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
- Networking and Relationship Building : Leverage existing industry contacts and proactively establish new relationships to enhance media outreach and brand partnerships, minimizing the need for external PR agencies.
