We’re now looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our winning team!
Position Overview
As a full-time Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of Snake River Pool & Spa, providing top-tier customer service, troubleshooting water and equipment concerns, and assisting with pool and spa maintenance solutions. This is a hands-on role that involves learning specialized knowledge about our products and services, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash register operations.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer service.
- Analyzing pool and spa water and recommending treatment options.
- Troubleshooting water and equipment issues.
- Flexing between our Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in upselling and retail math to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining organization.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Experience conducting product demos to engage customers effectively.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and responsibly.
- Basic computer skills.

Job Details
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
