About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Service Technician to join our team! This role involves working outdoors in a physical environment to provide high-quality repairs, maintenance, and installation for our customers’ recreational products. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will be essential in delivering outstanding service and fostering loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hot tubs, swimming pools, swim spas, saunas, and game tables.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair processes and offering preventative maintenance tips.
- Manage a schedule of service appointments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent condition to support service efficiency.
- Document service activities and customer interactions accurately.
- Assist in the delivery and installation of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and billiard tables.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in technical repair, maintenance, or similar hands-on roles is preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a variety of outdoor conditions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift to 50lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and other physical activities.
