About the role: The OP Concierge team is the first line of interaction for information, reservations, and recommendations for member events, programs and activities on site and around the Jackson Hole/Teton area. In addition, they strive to meet the wishes of our residence owners by facilitating their visitation needs across all activities.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of member homes and guest rooms to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements:
Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:
- Handle lines of communication such as email, phone, and SMS messages; advise as needed, and take action to relay information to appropriate departments.
- Assist in itinerary planning by suggesting activities and excursions relevant to their lifestyle and wishes.
- Update personal profiles on members to refer to individual preferences that can be shared amongst the team in order to take better care and anticipate the member’s needs.
- Have knowledge of all services, activities, and accommodations that are offered so as to ensure high quality communication.
- Stay current on occupancy, arrivals, and departures
Requirements:
- Ability to form relationships and effectively communicate with members and their guests.
- 1 year of Front Desk/Concierge experience.
- Have knowledge of area attractions, activities, restaurants, social and community events, to share with members & their guests.
- Strong social skills; in person and on the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through with everyday tasks.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills with patience and accountability.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Adhere to personal grooming and uniform standards as per Roaring Fork Club policies.
