About the Role
As a Surgical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our surgical team, assisting the surgeon and clinical staff in providing top-tier care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the surgeon during surgical procedures to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
- Preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment, including setting up instruments and equipment.
- Sterilizing and handling surgical tools and specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Monitoring patient vital signs during procedures and providing necessary support.
- Positioning and prepping patients for surgery with care and professionalism.
- Accurately documenting surgical procedures and maintaining clinical records.
- Seating patients for surgery, consults, and post-operative appointments.

Work Location & Schedule
We operate out of two offices: Rexburg, ID & Idaho Falls, ID. Our team members must be willing and able to commute to either location as needed. Scheduling is based on patient needs, meaning there is no fixed schedule, and flexibility is essential.
