Trailer/Automotive Painter (equipment, dump and utility trailers).

This job requires you to work 4x 10 hour days, from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday. Friday overtime optional from 6am to 12/noon. You will be a floater in our paint and prep team when necessary. Your primary job will require you to apply primer/paint using a plural component paint system and spray gun. When needed, you will also be removing weld slag and rust with a scraper and sander. You will also be expected to prepare surfaces for paint by removing any imperfections or contaminants. This position requires you to be fairly capable at caulking to caulk welds and seams (we can teach). You will be required to perform general housekeeping and any other jobs deemed necessary by management.

Skills and abilities required.
- Attention to detail a must!
- Ability to work at a fast pace and put out consistent results.
- Paint gun experience (minimum 1 year) in a production based job.
- Automotive paint knowledge.

Tool operation knowledge, we will train as needed.
- Paint gun and paint system.
- Pneumatic orbital sander.
- Electric drills.
- Hand scraper.
- Caulking gun.

Pay and Benefits:

-Starting wage is $21 per hour (includes $3 hr attendance incentive$18 $3=$21) as well as an additional production-based incentive pay on top of hourly wage, ranging from 0-$10 per hour (was $5.00 an hour this pay period ending March 21st).

-$1 raise after successful 90-day probationary period.

-Employer 100% paid health, dental, vision, life and accident insurance for the employee after 90 days of full-time employment, currently $3.65 per hour compensation value.

-6 (10 hour) paid holidays after 90-day probationary period.

-1 week paid vacation accrued yearly on your hire date anniversary. Increases at certain milestone anniversary dates.

-Up to 6 hours overtime a week available.
