We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of critical implementations, drive operational excellence, and expand footprint within the financial services sector. This individual will play a key role in delivering technology-driven solutions that empower clients, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Execution: Define and lead high-impact projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with executives, internal teams, and external partners to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless execution.
• Project Planning & Governance: Develop and oversee governance models, project roadmaps, resource allocation, and financial oversight to drive execution efficiency.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
• Executive Reporting & Communication: Deliver high-level project updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate activities across multiple business functions, ensuring seamless integration across technology, operations, and client teams.
• Operational Excellence:Establish best practices, enhance project delivery methodologies, and ensure adherence to Agile principles where applicable.
• Client-Centric Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic, technology-driven solutions.

What You Bring

• 5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Proven executive presence with exceptional communication skills, able to influence and drive outcomes at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Financial services expertise, ideally with experience in alternative asset management, wealth management, or institutional investing.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Experience in DX, portals, and portal links highly desirable.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Agile & Strategic Execution: Deep experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to pivot strategies as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
