Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of service industry sales and business development, with a proven track record in leadership roles. This position requires a strategic thinker that not only can coach and raise up our current sales team, but also be able to drive more business to Snap Construction.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate effective with our CFO
  • Always refining our sales process and story to improve KPI's
  • Analyzing industry trends to find niche markets to grow into
  • The ability to develop new markets and or new product offerings
  • Develop and execute a plan for business growth
  • Collaborate with the owner in crafting and refining the company's vision, strategy, and long-term goals. creating a three-year high-level plan aligned with and driving toward those objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop leaders within the organization.
  • Promote and hire new leaders who align with the company's values and vision.
  • Recruit, source, select, and sell A players to join the company; Play a crucial role in talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of individuals who align with the company's values and culture.
  • Develop people by coaching them in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles.
  • Expect high standards for personal and team performance, striving for nothing short of the best
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the company externally, building and maintaining relationships with partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, driving initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Proven experience in operations management within a fast-paced and growing business.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the remodeling, construction, or any service industry is a plus.
