Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of service industry sales and business development, with a proven track record in leadership roles. This position requires a strategic thinker that not only can coach and raise up our current sales team, but also be able to drive more business to Snap Construction.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effective with our CFO
- Always refining our sales process and story to improve KPI's
- Analyzing industry trends to find niche markets to grow into
- The ability to develop new markets and or new product offerings
- Develop and execute a plan for business growth
- Collaborate with the owner in crafting and refining the company's vision, strategy, and long-term goals. creating a three-year high-level plan aligned with and driving toward those objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders within the organization.
- Promote and hire new leaders who align with the company's values and vision.
- Recruit, source, select, and sell A players to join the company; Play a crucial role in talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of individuals who align with the company's values and culture.
- Develop people by coaching them in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles.

- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
