The Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website and mobile applications. This role will ensure that our digital properties are aligned with the needs of our customers while meeting business objectives and delivering superior performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site data, digital marketing channels, web and mobile app management, and a deep understanding of the credit card or financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Site and Application Ownership: Oversee the user experience across our website and mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality, ease of navigation, and consistent branding.
- UX Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize user experience, including A/B testing, feedback gathering, and implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Acquisition Analytics: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze customer behavior across digital touchpoints to make data-backed recommendations. Serve as the owner for site and application data.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to website and app design, functionality enhancements, content updates, and troubleshooting. Able to provide clear intent and requirements to Tech and Creative partners.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, and customer support teams to align digital experiences with business goals and customer needs.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the customer by staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that digital properties comply with regulatory standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines specific to the financial industry.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the internal lead for Marketing related data, tech, creative, and/or operation 3rd party partners.
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation, and backlink strategies, with a focus on improving the user experience and site rankings.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Create Digital Marketing Channel Strategy to further drive traffic to our application, promoting customer growth and increasing marketing ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4 years of analytics experience, ideally in marketing, acquisition, and customer onboarding.
- 2 years of digital product experience or UX/UI design, ideally in fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit card products and consumer behavior within financial services.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (e.g., via Big Query, Snowflake), with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in web and mobile application design principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), with great understanding of A/B testing and incrementality measurement.
- Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web security protocols.
- (Optional) Strong understanding of SEO principles and levers, and familiarity with one or more other digital channels (e.g. SEM, Paid Social, Performance Max, Affiliates, Display)
