Customer Service:
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Front Desk Employee to join our dynamic team at Snap Fitness Seabrook. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. Your responsibilities will include managing member inquiries, handling administrative tasks, preforming gym maintenance (not limited to: cleaning, racking weights ect.) and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide information about gym facilities, membership options, and class schedules.
- Address and resolve member concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and update member accounts and contact information.
- Process new membership registrations and renewals.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing.
- Contacting delinquent members
Operational Support:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area/gym.
- Coordinate with gym staff to ensure smooth operation of the front desk and overall facility.
- Monitor and assist the scheduling of personal training sessions.
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote gym memberships, promotions, and upcoming events to prospective and current members.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including distributing promotional materials, active on social media and engaging with potential clients.
Security and Safety:
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility by monitoring access and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Follow and enforce gym policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus, ideally in a fitness or hospitality environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, membership management software).
